I have a doctorate from the University of the Balearic Islands. I work in the field of healthcare and academia. I have many publications such as scientific articles and books related to the field of nursing and neurosciences.

My field of research is sleep quality, biological rhythms, neuropsychology and ageing. I am currently doing research on sensory processing sensitivity and elderly people.
