Expertise

I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Psychology at the University of Groningen and interested in the relationships between Sensory Processing Sensitivity, well-being, and behavioural outcomes in the work context. In an ongoing study, I investigate if employees’ Sensory Processing Sensitivity acts as a boundary condition that can influence the way employees deal with work demands in terms of their occupational well-being. I am further interested in scale development and in improving the measurement of Sensory Processing Sensitivity.
