Expertise
I am a graduate teaching assistant and research assistant, and PhD candidate at the University of Seville, Spain. I have been researching sensitivity and psychosocial risks since 2016.I am carrying out the cross-cultural adaptation of the HSPS (High Sensitivity Person Scale) in the Spanish population, together with my partner Manuela Pérez. The article will be published shortly in a high-impact journal.
In my research we investigate the impact that sensitivity has in the workplace. We believe that improving sensitivity in organizations can be a potential source of sustainable competitive advantage.
