I am a PhD student at Lorraine University at Nancy in France. I have been researching sensory processing sensitivity (SPS) and social media addiction since last January. My work is focused on:

• SPS coupled with an aversive childhood as a vulnerability factor for negative effects of social media
• SPS, mainly through EOE & LST factors, as a vulnerability factor for problematic use of social media or social media
• SPS coupled with a positive childhood as a protective factor for negative effects of social media and HSP people benefiting more from the potential positive effects of social media.
