My research focuses on the role of sensory processing sensitivity in chronic pain in children and adolescents.

This includes questions regarding the vulnerability to develop chronic pain, the transition from acute to chronic pain, and – potentially – treatment of chronic pain informed by sensory processing sensitivity.
