My research examines individual differences in learners’ engagement and performance in digital environments, including personality traits, emotional factors, and learner sensitivity. For example, my work shows that emotional stability moderates how learners respond to gamified learning experiences, suggesting that motivation and enjoyment are shaped not only by the design of learning environments but also by learners’ sensitivity to environmental cues and psychological experiences.Discipline of research:
