I am a PhD student at Rikkyo University, Japan. My doctoral thesis focuses on the role of Environmental Sensitivity (ES) in the context of health education. More specifically, I investigate individual differences in ES among Japanese university students and the types of approaches that can effectively maintain and/or promote mental health in high-, medium- or low-sensitive individuals.
