My research focuses on visual thinking and visual communication in organizations, comparing the effectiveness of visuals vs. text for facilitating communication and innovation in management. Past projects include the study of the value of visually facilitating groups for increasing focus and decision quality, and decreasing information overload.

I’m currently investigating the effectiveness of visual thinking for HSP. In addition, our research project on visual life design includes an investigation of HSP life and career choices.
