Expertise

I am a MSc student exploring the intersection of contemplative practices and sensory processing sensitivity (SPS). My MSc thesis examines how Heartfulness meditation influences the SPS dimensions of EOE, AES, and LST, as defined by Smolewska et al. (2006), representing one of the first studies to investigate how meditation may shape SPS traits.

As a volunteer with the Heartfulness Research Team for Consciousness and Wellbeing, I study how Heartfulness meditation impacts consciousness, well-being, and environmental sensitivity. With a background in mathematics, certification as a yoga teacher, and training as a Heartfulness meditation trainer, I bring an interdisciplinary perspective that integrates quantitative and contemplative approaches to reconceptualize sensitivity and consciousness.
