Expertise

My research focuses on a wide range of topics, including parenting, parenting under challenge (e.g. parenting a child with chronic disease),child-parent relationships among adult-children of diagnosed parent with Parkinson disease, and  high sensitivity.

In regards to Environmental Sensitivity, my work investigates emotion recognition in highly sensitive persons, and how parents high in SPS (Sensory Processing Sensitivity) parent their own children.
