The test is based on assessment of a student’s typical behaviour and does not involve the child’s participation. If a question is not applicable, please miss it out and move on.

The results will be emailed directly to the assessor so please use a code for each child to maintain confidentiality. Your student’s anonymised test results will only be used for research purposes if you explicitly give your consent at the end of the test.
