You may submit abstracts for talks or posters:

  • Talks: 10-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of Q&A
  • Posters: Interactive poster session in the afternoon

Please indicate in your submission whether the abstract is intended for a talk or a poster. If you submit an abstract for a talk, please also indicate whether you would be happy for your abstract to be considered for presentation as a poster in case it will not be selected for a talk (the number of talk slots is limited).

Abstract Requirements (Talks and Posters)

  • Length: Maximum 300 words
  • Structure:
    • Title: Concise and informative (maximum 10 words)
    • Authors: List all authors and their affiliations
    • Presenting author: Indicate the presenting author
    • Background: Provide the context of your research
    • Methods: Briefly describe the methodologies used
    • Results: Summarise the main findings
    • Conclusion: Highlight the implications and significance of your results

Key Information

  • All abstracts will undergo peer review by the scientific committee, based on originality, relevance, and scientific rigour.
  • Only empirical research will be considered, with priority given to new and unpublished findings (or findings published recently, from May 2025 onwards).
  • Only in-person presentations can be considered (no remote presentations).
  • Authors of accepted abstracts must register for the conference to present their work.

Submission Process

Please submit your abstract in PDF or Word format by email to events@sensitivityresearch.com.

Authors will be informed of the outcome of the peer-review process by mid of March 2026.
